I'm Patrick. I've spent ten years inside an Australian food manufacturer, starting on the floor and now in management. A few years back I got tired of the business running on memory and spreadsheets, so I built the system it runs on instead. It's kept a 45-person factory moving, a million-plus units a year, for more than two years now.
