A proper sit-down to see the operation, talk to the people doing the work, and shape the build. For Sydney and NSW businesses, I come on-site.

Training & handover
Staff trained on what matters to them, production trained on production tools, office trained on dashboards, owners trained on the reporting. Documentation handed over so nothing depends on me.

Quoted upfront after the first call, before any work begins. Hardware, integrations and install included where required. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
Run
Monthly run & refine
From $150 / month
Hosting, monitoring, support and ongoing changes. Priced based on system complexity, agreed upfront, doesn't drift. Add-ons (AI, SMS, payments) priced separately when added.
What I don't do: hourly billing, surprise invoices, or six-figure software contracts you can't get out of. What I do: tell you the price before I start, in writing, fixed. If I can't help, I'll say so on the first call, no fee, no follow-up sales emails.
