The reason the stages are separate is so you can stop after any of them and still be better off than when you started. That is not a sales line, it is how the money is arranged.

What gets built inside stage three depends entirely on what the Discovery day turned up. The building blocks are listed here, but nobody gets all of them and choosing between them is the work.

Most builds run 2 to 8 weeks from sign-off to live. Smaller systems land at the short end. Larger ones, with hardware to install, several connections to make, or staff to train, take longer.
Every proposal spells out the timeline. I will not promise you two weeks if it is going to take six.
