Noti (Patrick Lemon) respects your privacy. This explains, in plain English, what personal information I collect, why, and what I do with it. It follows the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
When you fill in the contact form, I collect what you give me: your name, business name, mobile and/or email, where you're based, your team size, the tools you use, and what you're trying to solve. I don't ask for anything I don't need.
To reply to your enquiry, understand your business before the first call, and work out whether and how I can help. That's it. I don't use it for anything else.
Your enquiry is sent to me (by SMS and/or email) and stored securely so I can follow up. The website is hosted on Cloudflare; email runs on Google Workspace; notifications may be delivered via Cloudflare and Twilio. I don't sell your information, and I don't share it with anyone except the services I use to run the business and respond to you.
Some of what you share is about your business, not just you, how it runs, the problems you're facing, and the tools and processes you use. I treat that as confidential. I don't share it with anyone, I don't use it for anything other than working out whether and how I can help, and if we don't end up working together, I won't hang onto it.
The site doesn't use tracking cookies. If I use analytics, it's a privacy-first tool that doesn't identify individuals or use cookies.
I keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, to run your system. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you. Just email hello@noti.com.au.
I take reasonable steps to protect your information using trusted, encrypted infrastructure (Cloudflare, Google, Supabase). No system is perfectly secure, but your information is handled carefully.
Questions about privacy, or want your information removed? Email hello@noti.com.au or text 0417 214 311.
