How I price it

One fixed price, worked out from the actual job.

After the free Plan, you get one fixed number for the build and one fixed number for the monthly, both in the proposal before you commit to anything. The price tracks the size of the job, how many days it takes me, how much hardware, how many integrations, not how much I think you can pay.

What I don't do: hourly billing, per-seat licensing, long lock-in contracts, or markups on hardware and third-party services.
