The Discovery fee is fixed because the day is the same work every time: a day on your floor and a written Systems Roadmap. It covers greater Sydney, travel is quoted on top beyond that, and it is credited in full against a first build signed within six months. Go ahead and the day costs you nothing.
There is no price list for the build, on purpose. Any number I published would be a guess, and you would either be quoted more later or I would have to build to the number instead of to the problem. Neither is good for you.
So the sequence is: a free chat, then a Discovery day at a fee you already know, then a fixed build price scoped from what the roadmap actually found. You know each number before you commit to that stage.
