Noti isn't an agency. It's one operator who's spent the last decade running and building inside Australian small businesses, and who still builds systems while running the floor today.
I started on the floor of an Australian food manufacturer ten years ago. Picking, packing, loading containers, watching how the work actually got done, and how much of it ran on someone remembering to tell someone else what was happening.
Over the last decade I worked into management at the same business. I now run the Administration side, and over the last two years I built the system the company runs on every day, sensors on production machines, dashboards on iPads on the factory floor, automated reports going to staff phones, container tracking, supplier coordination. The jobs that used to rely on someone remembering, chasing or checking.
That system is what Noti is. Every system I build for clients comes from one I'm using and managing today. Not a prototype. Not a case study. The actual system running an actual million-unit-a-year manufacturer.
Noti exists because other operators kept asking me the same thing, "How do I get something like what you've built?" There wasn't a good answer. Off-the-shelf software didn't fit. Agencies didn't understand the operation. Big consultants were too expensive and too slow. So I'm doing it. One business at a time. Built from the inside, the way the work actually happens.
Joined an Australian food manufacturer as a production worker. Learned the operation by doing it, not by reading about it.
Promoted into operations. Started seeing the gaps that nobody on the floor could fix and nobody in the office could see.
Sensors on production machines. Dashboards on iPads. Automated alerts. Quiet at first, nobody asked for it. Then the alerts started catching things before they became problems.
The business now runs on it daily, 45+ staff, 11 connected screens, 24/7 cold-chain monitoring, automated reports across every shift. 2+ years in production. Not a prototype.
Other operators kept asking "how do I get something like this?" Started building Noti to answer that question properly, one business at a time, built from the inside.
The first call is free precisely so we can be honest about fit, up front, before anyone commits. If I'm not the right person for the job, I'll tell you straight.
You talk to Patrick. Patrick builds it. No handoff to a junior team. No watered-down version of the conversation. The person who hears your problem is the person who solves it.
Each system takes real attention. Noti takes on a small number of clients deliberately, so each one actually gets the work they're paying for.
Every business is different, so every system is different. There's no standard Noti, only the Noti for your business. Same approach, different build every time.
A 30-minute call. Free, no pressure. We'll either find we're a fit or we won't, either way you walk away with an honest answer.
