Production, stock, quality and dispatch each hold their own version of the truth, and somebody spends their day reconciling them. This is the operation Noti was built inside.
Not every one of these will be you. Three or more and the plant has outgrown how it is being run.
It is not that the products are bad.
An ERP models what a business buys and sells. It was never designed for what happens between the two: a line running at rate, a probe reading out of range, a tray over target weight, a batch that has to be traceable in three years.
So the gaps get staffed by people with clipboards and spreadsheets, and the information they capture arrives after the moment it could have been used. That is the part a Custom build takes on, and the reason it starts with a day on the floor rather than a feature list.

↓ one connected operational system
This is the deepest example Noti has, and it is a manufacturer, which is why it sits on this page rather than being sprinkled across the site. Forty-five plus staff, around six million units a year, running every day since 2024.
A day on the floor, not a proposal.
A Discovery day is a paid day on site: following the work end to end, talking to the people doing it, then a written Systems Roadmap you own. If the answer is a process change, or a tool you already pay for and are not using properly, the roadmap will say that.
A paid day on site. Where the work flows, and where it jams up.
The steps that drag, the data typed three times, the questions only you can answer.
Connect what you already run, build the parts nothing covers, or point you at an off-the-shelf tool.
It becomes part of how you work, and I look after it. Built once, cared for.
The machine with no supplier software, the sheet that runs the department, the report somebody rebuilds every Monday. Those are the interesting ones.
